Pepián is a tradicional dish here at Guatemala, It's a stew with Kaqchikel roots that, according to the Inguat, is often served on various special occasions, but you can also you to a market and order a Pepián. If you are from an other country and you come to Guatemala you can’t go with out trying the Pepián.
